88 Shades RV Park is the best value for the amenities and location in Quartzsite. Free dry camping area in the Kofa NWR south of Quartzsite. No amenities! Approximately 8 miles south of Quartzsite. Between Yuma and Quartzsite, Arizona on Hwy 95 @ milepost 95. You will see the sign for Crystal Hill. Once you do, take the dirt road east for three miles. You will come to an information board. Go three more miles on the same road. Crystal Hill will be on your left.
Crystal Hill has just that, crystals! You are allowed to collect the quartz crystals without the aid of tools. No digging!
Located about six miles West of Quartzsite off of I- 10. Take I10 West from Quartzsite to the Dome Rock exit. The camping area is south of I- 10. This is a free camping area with a 14 day limit. Pick any patch of ground you like.
