This week ice skating opens up for the season at the London Bridge Resort. While I may be too old for shoveling snow up North these days, I do still miss skating on the local pond every winter. But in the desert?! Thank you London Bridge Resort!
Sunday will be a good day to remember a local legend, Paul Winer aka The Naked Guy. He was a wonderfully talented musician and fun to spring on newbies to Quartzsite. We miss him. If you miss the memorial be sure to drop by the memorial park named after his daughter, Celia’s Rainbow Garden, and think of him.
